This is Kody, adopted as Beauty Dec. 28, 2013.  Mix of Black Lab and I’m told Belgian Malinois.  On a magazine we saw a dog that looked exactly like her that was an “accidental” breeding between a Black Lab and a police dog which was a Malinois.

She now sleeps in our bedroom without the crate, and drags her bed into whatever room we are in.  She goes to Pike Nursery with us and as many places that allow dogs.  She loves everyone and really likes it when we have company.  She has 2 soccer balls that she hauls around the yard and a couple of others.    Her ‘job’ is keeping squirrels from eating all the bird seed, and has been helpful keeping the Great Blue Heron away from our fish pond.  She goes to the off-leash park several times a week and other days we take a walk.

Great dog.  Good temperament, but has ‘attitude’, but then, we don’t want a pet to be boring, do we?  She enjoys her nightly body massage.  She owns us.

Just wanted you to know “Beauty” is a happy dog.
